Security Policy

This page describes the security practices EasySoft Software applies to its systems and to customer deployments. It is app-owner maintained content, not an independent certification.

Last updated: 2026

Access control

EasySoft systems support named user accounts, role-based permissions and multi-branch access limits, so each employee sees only the data their role requires.

Data protection

Customer databases are hosted either on the customer's own infrastructure or on hosting agreed with the customer. Backup frequency, storage location and access are agreed per project.

This website is served over HTTPS.

Shared responsibility

EasySoft is responsible for the security features built into the software and for our own operations. Customers remain responsible for managing their users, passwords, devices, internal procedures and on-premise infrastructure.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a security issue in our website or software, email support@easysofteg.com with the details. Please do not publish the issue before we have had a chance to review it.

This page is maintained and edited by EasySoft Software to answer common questions. It is not an independent certification or audit. For legal or privacy enquiries, contact info@easysofteg.com.
